Required Fields

Your CSV/Excel file must include these compulsory columns:

phone_number - The recipient's phone number (will be automatically prefixed with "+" if missing)
name_of_customer - The recipient's name

Additional columns will be used as dynamic variables that the AI agent can reference during conversations.
